Psalm 121
ESV Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
English Standard VersionNET Bible
1I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?1A song of ascents. I look up toward the hills. From where does my help come?
2My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.2My help comes from the LORD, the Creator of heaven and earth!
3He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber.3May he not allow your foot to slip! May your protector not sleep!
4Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.4Look! Israel's protector does not sleep or slumber!
5The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand.5The LORD is your protector; the LORD is the shade at your right hand.
6The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.6The sun will not harm you by day, or the moon by night.
7The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.7The LORD will protect you from all harm; he will protect your life.
8The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.8The LORD will protect you in all you do, now and forevermore.
