Psalm 131
BSB Parallel KJV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Berean Standard BibleKing James Bible
1A song of ascents. Of David. My heart is not proud, O LORD, my eyes are not haughty. I do not aspire to great things or matters too lofty for me.1A Song of degrees of David. LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
2Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.2Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
3O Israel, put your hope in the LORD, both now and forevermore.3Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.
