Good News Translation
I have looked for other answers but have found none. I found one man in a thousand that I could respect, but not one woman.

New Revised Standard Version
which my mind has sought repeatedly, but I have not found. One man among a thousand I found, but a woman among all these I have not found.

Contemporary English Version
but so far I have not been able to. I do know there is one good man in a thousand, but never have I found a good woman.

What my soul still seeks and has yet to find is this: “One man out of a thousand have I found, but a woman among them all I have not found.”
