In the New Testament, Paul affirms this continuity in Galatians 3:29, stating, "And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise."

Furthermore, the continuity of God's redemptive plan is seen in the lineage of Jesus Christ, tracing back to David and Abraham, fulfilling the prophecies and promises made to them.
