The peace that Christ brings is not only spiritual but also extends to the hope of future peace for Israel. Romans 11:26 speaks of a time when "all Israel will be saved," indicating a future restoration and peace for the nation.

Throughout history, the Jewish people have longed for peace, often expressed in prayers and psalms. Psalm 122:6-7 encourages believers to "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: 'May those who love you prosper. May there be peace within your walls, and prosperity inside your fortresses.'"

Eschatological Peace

The Bible concludes with the promise of ultimate peace in the eschatological future. Revelation 21:3-4 describes a new heaven and a new earth where God will dwell with His people: "And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: 'Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away.'"
