Famine

In Ezekiel 5:16-17 , God declares, "When I send your supply of bread to be cut off, ten women will bake your bread in a single oven and dole out your bread by weight, so that you will eat but not be satisfied. I will send famine and wild beasts against you, and they will leave you childless. Plague and bloodshed will sweep through you, and I will bring a sword against you. I, the LORD, have spoken."

The book of Amos also addresses the issue of famine as a consequence of Israel's sin. Amos 4:6 records, "I gave you cleanness of teeth in all your cities and lack of bread in all your places, yet you did not return to Me, declares the LORD."

Judgments
