The term "exhaustless" is not directly found in the text of the Bible; however, the concept is deeply embedded in the nature and attributes of God as depicted throughout the Scriptures. The idea of exhaustlessness is often associated with God's infinite nature, His boundless resources, and His eternal presence.

God's Infinite Nature

The Bible frequently emphasizes the infinite nature of God, highlighting His eternal existence and limitless power. In Isaiah 40:28 , it is written, "Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary; His understanding is beyond searching out." This passage underscores the inexhaustible nature of God, who does not tire or become weary, unlike His creation.

Boundless Resources

God's resources are depicted as inexhaustible, providing for His creation without depletion. Philippians 4:19 states, "And my God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus." This assurance reflects the belief that God's provision is limitless, capable of meeting the needs of His people abundantly.

In the Old Testament, the account of Elijah and the widow of Zarephath illustrates God's exhaustless provision. In 1 Kings 17:14 , the LORD promises, "The jar of flour will not be exhausted and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the LORD sends rain on the face of the earth." This miracle demonstrates God's ability to sustain and provide without depletion.

Eternal Presence

The exhaustless nature of God is also evident in His eternal presence with His people. In Matthew 28:20 , Jesus assures His disciples, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." This promise of perpetual presence reflects the inexhaustible nature of God's companionship and support.

Unfailing Love and Mercy

God's love and mercy are described as unfailing and inexhaustible. Lamentations 3:22-23 declares, "Because of the loving devotion of the LORD we are not consumed, for His mercies never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness!" This passage highlights the continuous and unending nature of God's mercy and faithfulness, renewed each day.

Wisdom and Knowledge

The wisdom and knowledge of God are also portrayed as limitless. Romans 11:33 exclaims, "O, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable His judgments, and untraceable His ways!" This acknowledgment of God's infinite wisdom further illustrates the concept of exhaustlessness in His divine attributes.

In summary, while the specific term "exhaustless" may not appear in the biblical text, the concept is richly woven into the understanding of God's nature, His provision, His presence, and His attributes. The Scriptures consistently affirm that God is without limit, providing an inexhaustible source of strength, wisdom, love, and mercy to His creation.
