And the angel speaking with me returned, and he woke me as a man who is wakened from his sleep;

and he said to me: “What are you seeing?” And I said, “I am looking, and behold, a lampstand of gold, all of it, and a bowl on its head, and seven lamps on it—seven and seven pipes for the lamps that are on its head.

And two olive trees are by it, one on the right of the bowl, and one on its left.”

And I answered and spoke to the angel who was speaking with me, saying: “What are these, my lord?”

And the angel who was speaking with me answered, and he said to me, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.”

And he answered and spoke to me, saying: “This is the word of YHWH to Zerubbabel, saying: Not by might, and not by power, but only by My Spirit, says YHWH of Hosts.

Who are you, great mountain? Before the face of Zerubbabel as a plain; and he will bring forth the stone at the head with shouts: ‘Grace, grace to it!’”

And the word of YHWH came to me, saying:

“The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and His hands will complete it. And you will know that YHWH of Hosts has sent Me to you?.

For who has despised the day of small things, and they will rejoice when they see the tin plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel? These seven, they are the eyes of YHWH, roving about through all the earth.”
