Psalms 75:4-7 ▼

4 I said to those boasting, ‘You? shall not boast,’ and to the wicked, ‘You? shall not lift up the horn;

5 you? shall not lift up your? horn to the height, or speak with an insolent neck.’”

6 For it is not from the going forth or from the sinking, and not from the wilderness is exaltation,

7 But God is judging—this one He brings low, and this one He lifts up.
