1 Therefore if you have any encouragement in Christ (the Anointed One), if any comfort from His love {agapēs}, if any fellowship {koinōnia} with the Spirit {Pneumatos}, if any affection and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love {agapēn}, being united in spirit and purpose. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or empty pride, but in humility consider others more important than yourselves. 4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. 5 Let this mind be in you⁺ which was also in Christ (the Anointed One) Jesus (YHWH saves): 6 Who, existing in the form of God {Theou}, did not consider equality with God {Theō} something to be grasped (something to be exploited), 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant {doulou}, being made in human likeness.
