50 And YHWH spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho, saying, 51 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and say to them: When you? have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan, 52 you? shall drive out all those dwelling in the land from before you? and destroy all their carved figures, and all their molten images you? shall destroy, and all their high places you? shall demolish. 53 And you? shall possess the land and dwell in it. For to you? I have given the land to possess. 54 And you? shall inherit for yourselves the land by lot among your? clans. To the larger you? shall give a larger inheritance, and to the smaller you shall give a smaller inheritance. To where there the lot goes out to each one, it shall be unto him.
