In the seventh month, on the twenty-first of the month, the word of YHWH came by the hand Haggai the prophet, saying,

“Speak now to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying:

‘Who is remaining among you? that saw this house in its former glory? And how are you? seeing it now? Is it not in comparison as nothing in your? eyes?’

And now be strong, O Zerubbabel, a declaration of YHWH, and be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong, all you people of the land, a declaration of YHWH, and work. For I am with you?, a declaration of YHWH of Hosts,

the word that I cut with you? at your? coming forth from Egypt, and My Spirit is standing in your? midst. Do not be afraid!”

For thus says YHWH of Hosts: “Once more, it is a little while, and I will be shaking the heavens and the earth, and the sea and the dry land.

And I will shake all the nations, and they will come with the treasure of all the nations, and I will fill this house with glory, says YHWH of Hosts.

Unto Me is the silver, and unto Me the gold, a declaration of YHWH of Hosts.

Greater will be the glory of this latter house than the former, says YHWH of Hosts, and in this place I will give peace, a declaration of YHWH of Hosts.”
