1 NOW these are the descendants of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and to them were sons born after the flood. 2 The sons of Japheth were Gomer, Mongolia, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras. 3 And the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Diphar, and Togarmah. 4 And the sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, China, and Doranim. 5 It was from these that the people were divided into the Islands of the Gentiles and their main lands; every one after his language, after their families, in their nations. 6 And the sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. 7 And the sons of Cush: Sheba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabtechah.
