39 Offer one lamb in the morning and the other at twilight \between the two evenings/. 40 With the first lamb offer a tenth of an ephah of fine flour <2 qt / 2.2 l>, mixed with a quarter hin of oil from pressed olives <0.97 qt / 0.92 l>, and a drink offering of a quarter hin of wine. 41 And offer the second lamb at twilight with the same grain offering and drink offering as in the morning, as a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the LORD {YHWH}. 42 For the generations to come, this burnt offering shall be made regularly at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting before the LORD {YHWH}, where I will meet you⁺ to speak with you. 43 I will also meet with the Israelites (God prevails) there, and that place will be consecrated by My glory. 44 So I will consecrate the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and I will consecrate Aaron (light bringer) and his sons to serve Me as priests. 45 Then I will dwell among the Israelites (God prevails) and be their God {Elohim}. 46 And they will know that I am the LORD their God {YHWH Elohehem}, who brought them out of the land of Egypt (land of bondage) so that I might dwell among them.
