And Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, “Keep all the commandments that I command to you? today.

And it shall come to pass on the day when you? pass over the Jordan to the land that YHWH your God is giving to you, that you shall set up for yourselves large stones and plaster them with plaster.

And you shall write on them all the words of this law in your passing over, so that you may enter into the land that YHWH your God is giving to you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as YHWH, God of your fathers, has spoken to you.

And it shall come to pass in your? passing over the Jordan that you? shall set up these stones, which I command to you? today, on Mount Ebal, and you shall plaster them with plaster.

And you shall build there an altar to YHWH your God, an altar of stones; you shall not wave over them iron.

With uncut stones you shall build the altar of YHWH your God, and offer on it burnt offerings to YHWH your God.

And you shall sacrifice peace offerings, and you shall eat there and rejoice before the face of YHWH your God.
