1 And I saw, and behold, the Lamb was standing upon Mount Zion, and with Him a hundred forty-four thousand having His name and the name of His Father written on their foreheads. Then I looked, and behold, on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.
2 And I heard a voice out of heaven like a voice of many waters, and like a voice of great thunder. And the voice that I heard was as of harpists harping with their harps. And I heard a voice from heaven like the roar of many waters and like the sound of loud thunder. The voice I heard was like the sound of harpists playing on their harps, And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.
3 And they sing as a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. And no one was able to learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand having been bought from the earth. and they were singing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. 4 These are they who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins, these following the Lamb wherever He may go. These were bought out from men as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins. It is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These have been redeemed from mankind as firstfruits for God and the Lamb, These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb.
5 And in their mouth no lie was found; they are blameless. and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are blameless. No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
6 And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having the eternal gospel to preach upon those dwelling on the earth, and upon every nation and tribe and tongue and people, Then I saw another angel flying directly overhead, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people. Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people.
7 saying in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment came. And worship the One having made the heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters.” And he said with a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.” He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.”
8 And another, a second angel, followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, who has given all the nations to drink of the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality.” Another angel, a second, followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who made all nations drink the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality.” A second angel followed and said, “’Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,’ which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.”

11 And the smoke of their torment goes up to ages of ages; and those worshiping the beast and its image have no rest day and night, and if anyone receives the mark of its name.” And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.” And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”
12 Here is the endurance of the saints, those keeping the commandments of God and the faith from Jesus. Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus.
13 And I heard a voice out of heaven saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who are dying in the Lord from now on.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they will rest from their labors; for their works follow with them.” And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!” Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”
14 And I saw, and behold, a white cloud, and upon the cloud is sitting One like a Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle. Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand. I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying in a loud voice to the One sitting on the cloud, “Send forth Your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth has ripened.” And another angel came out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, “Put in your sickle, and reap, for the hour to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is fully ripe.” Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”
16 And the One sitting on the cloud cast His sickle on the earth, and the earth was harvested. So he who sat on the cloud swung his sickle across the earth, and the earth was reaped. So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested.
17 And another angel came forth out of the temple in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. Then another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle.
18 And another angel came forth out from the altar, having authority over the fire, and he called in a loud voice to the one having the sharp sickle, saying, “Send forth your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, because its grapes have fully ripened.” And another angel came out from the altar, the angel who has authority over the fire, and he called with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, “Put in your sickle and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, for its grapes are ripe.” Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, “Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth’s vine, because its grapes are ripe.”
19 And the angel cast his sickle to the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast them into the great winepress of the wrath of God. So the angel swung his sickle across the earth and gathered the grape harvest of the earth and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath.
20 And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood came forth out of the winepress up to the bridles of the horses, to the distance of one thousand six hundred stadia. And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress, as high as a horse’s bridle, for 1,600 stadia. They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses’ bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.
