1 Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens! Praise him from the skies! Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights! Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights above.
2 Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all the armies of heaven! Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts! Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
3 Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you twinkling stars! Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars! Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.
4 Praise him, skies above! Praise him, vapors high above the clouds! Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens! Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.
5 Let every created thing give praise to the LORD, for he issued his command, and they came into being. Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for at his command they were created,
6 He set them in place forever and ever. His decree will never be revoked. And he established them forever and ever; he gave a decree, and it shall not pass away. and he established them for ever and ever— he issued a decree that will never pass away.
7 Praise the LORD from the earth, you creatures of the ocean depths, Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all deeps, Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
8 fire and hail, snow and clouds, wind and weather that obey him, fire and hail, snow and mist, stormy wind fulfilling his word! lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do his bidding,
9 mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, Mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars! you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,
10 wild animals and all livestock, small scurrying animals and birds, Beasts and all livestock, creeping things and flying birds! wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds,
11 kings of the earth and all people, rulers and judges of the earth, Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth! kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth,
12 young men and young women, old men and children. Young men and maidens together, old men and children! young men and women, old men and children.
13 Let them all praise the name of the LORD. For his name is very great; his glory towers over the earth and heaven! Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.
14 He has made his people strong, honoring his faithful ones— the people of Israel who are close to him. Praise the LORD! He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his saints, for the people of Israel who are near to him. Praise the LORD! And he has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his faithful servants, of Israel, the people close to his heart. Praise the LORD.
