1 Praise YAH! Praise YHWH from the heavens, || Praise Him in high places. Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights! Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights above.
2 Praise Him, all His messengers, || Praise Him, all His hosts. Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts! Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
3 Praise Him, sun and moon, || Praise Him, all stars of light. Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars! Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.
4 Praise Him, heavens of heavens, || And you waters that are above the heavens. Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens! Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.
5 They praise the Name of YHWH, || For He commanded, and they were created. Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for at his command they were created,
6 And He establishes them forever and for all time, || He gave a statute, and they do not pass over. And he established them forever and ever; he gave a decree, and it shall not pass away. and he established them for ever and ever— he issued a decree that will never pass away.
7 Praise YHWH from the earth, || Dragons and all deeps, Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all deeps, Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
8 Fire and hail, snow and vapor, || Whirlwind doing His word; fire and hail, snow and mist, stormy wind fulfilling his word! lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do his bidding,
9 The mountains and all heights, || Fruit tree, and all cedars, Mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars! you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,
10 The wild beast, and all livestock, || Creeping thing, and winged bird, Beasts and all livestock, creeping things and flying birds! wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds,
11 Kings of earth, and all peoples, || Chiefs, and all judges of earth, Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth! kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth,
12 Young men, and also maidens, || Aged men, with youths, Young men and maidens together, old men and children! young men and women, old men and children.
13 They praise the Name of YHWH, || For His Name alone has been set on high, || His splendor [is] above earth and heavens. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.
14 And He exalts the horn of His people, || The praise of all His saints, || Of the sons of Israel, || A people near Him. Praise YAH! He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his saints, for the people of Israel who are near to him. Praise the LORD! And he has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his faithful servants, of Israel, the people close to his heart. Praise the LORD.
