Hallelujah. Praise the LORD, O my soul. Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, O my soul! Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD, my soul.
I will praise the LORD while I live; I will sing praises unto my God while I have my being. I will praise the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being. I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
Put not your trust in princes, Nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. Put not your trust in princes, in a son of man, in whom there is no salvation. Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save.
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his dust; In that very day his thoughts perish. When his breath departs, he returns to the earth; on that very day his plans perish. When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing.
Happy is he whose help is the God of Jacob, Whose hope is in the LORD his God, Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God, Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God.
Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that in them is; Who keepeth truth for ever; who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, who keeps faith forever; He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them— he remains faithful forever.
Who executeth justice for the oppressed; Who giveth bread to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners; who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets the prisoners free; He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free,
The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind; The LORD raiseth up them that are bowed down; The LORD loveth the righteous; the LORD opens the eyes of the blind. The LORD lifts up those who are bowed down; the LORD loves the righteous. the LORD gives sight to the blind, the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down, the LORD loves the righteous.
The LORD preserveth the strangers; He upholdeth the fatherless and the widow; But the way of the wicked He maketh crooked. The LORD watches over the sojourners; he upholds the widow and the fatherless, but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin. The LORD watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
The LORD will reign for ever, Thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Hallelujah. The LORD will reign forever, your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the LORD! The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the LORD.
