A song of ascents. Out of the depths I call to you, LORD! Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD! A song of ascents. Out of the depths I cry to you, LORD;
Lord, listen to my voice; let your ears be attentive to my cry for help. O Lord, hear my voice! Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my pleas for mercy! Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.
LORD, if you kept an account of iniquities, Lord, who could stand? If you, O LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? If you, LORD, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness, so that you may be revered. But with you there is forgiveness, that you may be feared. But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.
I wait for the LORD; I wait and put my hope in his word. I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in his word I hope; I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.
I wait for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning — more than watchmen for the morning. my soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning. I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.
Israel, put your hope in the LORD. For there is faithful love with the LORD, and with him is redemption in abundance. O Israel, hope in the LORD! For with the LORD there is steadfast love, and with him is plentiful redemption. Israel, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.
And he will redeem Israel from all its iniquities. And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities. He himself will redeem Israel from all their sins.
