A Song of Ascents. Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD, that walketh in his ways. Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways! A song of ascents. Blessed are all who fear the LORD, who walk in obedience to him.
For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.
Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of thine house: thy children like olive plants, round about thy table. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table.
Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the LORD. Yes, this will be the blessing for the man who fears the LORD.
The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. The LORD bless you from Zion! May you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life! May the LORD bless you from Zion; may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children. Peace be upon Israel. May you see your children’s children! Peace be upon Israel! May you live to see your children’s children— peace be on Israel.
