19 καὶ οὐκ ἀφῆκεν αὐτόν ἀλλὰ λέγει αὐτῷ Ὕπαγε εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου πρὸς τοὺς σούς καὶ ἀπάγγειλον αὐτοῖς ὅσα Κύριός σοι πεποίηκεν καὶ ἠλέησέν σε And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.”
20 Καὶ ἀπῆλθεν καὶ ἤρξατο κηρύσσειν ἐν τῇ Δεκαπόλει ὅσα ἐποίησεν αὐτῷ Ἰησοῦς καὶ πάντες ἐθαύμαζον And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled. So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.
