2 but he saw also a certain poor widow casting therein two mites. and he saw a poor widow put in two small copper coins. He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins.
3 And he said, Verily I say unto you, that this poor widow has cast in more than all; And he said, “Truly, I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all of them. “Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others.
4 for all these out of their abundance have cast into the gifts [of God]; but she out of her need has cast in all the living which she had. For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.” All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”
