A new commandment I give to you⁺, that you⁺ should love one another. As I have loved you⁺, so you⁺ also should love one another. A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
By this all will know that you⁺ are My disciples, if you⁺ shall have love among one another.” By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
Simon Peter says to Him, “Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered him, “Where I go, you are not able to follow Me now, but you will follow afterward.” Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus answered him, “Where I am going you cannot follow me now, but you will follow afterward.” Simon Peter asked him, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied, “Where I am going, you cannot follow now, but you will follow later.”
Peter says to Him, “Lord, why am I not able to follow You presently? I will lay down my life for You.” Peter said to him, “Lord, why can I not follow you now? I will lay down my life for you.” Peter asked, “Lord, why can’t I follow you now? I will lay down my life for you.”
Jesus answered, “Will you lay down your life for Me? Truly, truly, I say to you, the rooster will not crow until you will deny Me three times. Jesus answered, “Will you lay down your life for me? Truly, truly, I say to you, the rooster will not crow till you have denied me three times. Then Jesus answered, “Will you really lay down your life for me? Very truly I tell you, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times!
