Therefore, since you have been raised with Christ, strive for the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Therefore, if you have been raised with Christ, keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Put to death, therefore, the components of your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires, and greed, which is idolatry. Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: Therefore, treat the parts of your earthly body as dead to sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry. Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.
Because of these, the wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience. On account of these the wrath of God is coming. For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: For it is because of these things that the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.
When you lived among them, you also used to walk in these ways. In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived.
But now you must put aside all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. But now you also, rid yourselves of all of them: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene speech from your mouth. But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.
Do not lie to one another, since you have taken off the old self with its practices, Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; Do not lie to one another, since you stripped off the old self with its evil practices, Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices
and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: and have put on the new self, which is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created it— and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, or free, but Christ is all and is in all. Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all. Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, and free, but Christ is all, and in all. Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.
Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience; Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so must you do also. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
And over all these virtues put on love, which is the bond of perfect unity. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. In addition to all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, for to this you were called as members of one body. And be thankful. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the peace of Christ, to which you were indeed called in one body, rule in your hearts; and be thankful. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.
And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. 20 Children, obey your parents in everything, for this is pleasing to the Lord. Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord. Children, obey your parents in everything, for this is pleasing to the Lord. Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.
Fathers, do not provoke your children, so they will not become discouraged. Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged. Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged. Fathers, do not antagonize your children, so that they will not become discouraged. Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged.
Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything, not only to please them while they are watching, but with sincerity of heart and fear of the Lord. Bondservants, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters, not by way of eye-service, as people-pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord. Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God: Slaves, obey those who are your human masters in everything, not with eye-service, as people-pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord. 23 Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, for the Lord and not for men, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people, Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,
because you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as your reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. knowing that it is from the Lord that you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve. since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
Whoever does wrong will be repaid for his wrong, and there is no favoritism. For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality. But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. For the one who does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong which he has done, and that without partiality. Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for their wrongs, and there is no favoritism.
