Isaiah 12
KJV Parallel NLT [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
King James BibleNew Living Translation
1And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.1In that day you will sing: “I will praise you, O LORD! You were angry with me, but not anymore. Now you comfort me.
2Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.2See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The LORD God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.”
3Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.3With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation!
4And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.4In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the LORD! Praise his name! Tell the nations what he has done. Let them know how mighty he is!
5Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.5Sing to the LORD, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world.
6Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.6Let all the people of Jerusalem shout his praise with joy! For great is the Holy One of Israel who lives among you.”
