| 2Give attention to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to you do I pray. | 2Heed the sound of my cry for help, my King and my God, For to You I pray. |
| 3O LORD, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch. | 3In the morning, O LORD, You will hear my voice; In the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch. |
| 4For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil may not dwell with you. | 4For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; No evil dwells with You. |
| 5The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers. | 5The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. |
| 6You destroy those who speak lies; the LORD abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man. | 6You destroy those who speak falsehood; The LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit. |
| 7But I, through the abundance of your steadfast love, will enter your house. I will bow down toward your holy temple in the fear of you. | 7But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house, At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You. |

| 10Make them bear their guilt, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; because of the abundance of their transgressions cast them out, for they have rebelled against you. | 10Hold them guilty, O God; By their own devices let them fall! In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out, For they are rebellious against You. |
| 11But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. | 11But let all who take refuge in You be glad, Let them ever sing for joy; And may You shelter them, That those who love Your name may exult in You. |
