3for you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower in the face of the enemy.3For you have been a refuge for me, a tower of strength before the enemy.
4I will dwell in your tent forever and take refuge under the shelter of your wings. Selah4Let me make my home in your tent forever; let me hide under the shelter of your wings. Interlude
5God, you have heard my vows; you have given a heritage to those who fear your name.5For you, God, have heard my promises; you have assigned to me the heritage of those who fear your name.
6Add days to the king's life; may his years span many generations.6Add day after day to the king's life; may his years continue for many generations.
