1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and wonderful: seven angels having seven plagues (calamities) - the last, because in them was completed the passion (heated outburst) of God. 2And I saw something like as a glassy sea mingled with fire, and those conquering over the beast and over its image; and over the number of its name, standing upon the glassy sea having harps of God. 3And they are singing the song of Moses, the bond-slave of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and wonderful are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Righteous and true are Your ways, O King of the ethnicities! 4Who should not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy; for all the ethnicities will come and worship You in Your sight; for Your righteous acts have been made apparent. 5And after these things I looked and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened; 6And seven angels having the seven plagues came out from out of the temple having been clothed in pure (clean) and bright (shining) linen and having been girded around their chests with golden sashes. 7And one from out of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls, full of the passion (heated outburst) of God, the One living unto the ages of the ages. 8And the temple was filled with smoke from out of the glory of God and from out of His power; and no one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed. |
