Acts 4 Greek Transliterated Bible
The rulers of the Jews, offended with Peter's sermon,
imprison him and John.
After, upon examination
Peter boldly avouching the lame man to be healed by the name of Jesus,
and that only by the same Jesus we must be eternally saved,

            o  genomenos  eis  kephalēn  gōnias. 
12 kai  ouk  estin  en  allō  oudeni  ē  sōtēria  oude  gar  onoma  estin  eteron  upo  ton  ouranon  to  dedomenon  en  anthrōpois  en  ō  dei  sōthēnai  ēmas. 
they threaten him and John to preach no more in that name,
13 theōrountes  de  tēn  tou  petrou  parrēsian  kai  iōannou  kai  katalabomenoi  oti  anthrōpoi  agrammatoi  eisin  kai  idiōtai,  ethaumazon  epeginōskon  te  autous  oti  sun  tō  iēsou  ēsan,  14 ton  te  anthrōpon  blepontes  sun  autois  estōta  ton  tetherapeumenon  ouden  eichon  anteipein.  15 keleusantes  de  autous  exō  tou  sunedriou  apelthein  suneballon  pros  allēlous  16 legontes·  ti  poiēsōmen  tois  anthrōpois  toutois;  oti  men  gar  gnōston  sēmeion  gegonen  di  autōn  pasin  tois  katoikousin  ierousalēm  phaneron  kai  ou  dunametha  arneisthai·  17 all  ina  mē  epi  pleion  dianemēthē  eis  ton  laon  apeilēsōmetha  autois  mēketi  lalein  epi  tō  onomati  toutō  mēdeni  anthrōpōn.  18 kai  kalesantes  autous  parēngeilan  katholou  mē  phthengesthai  mēde  didaskein  epi  tō  onomati  tou  iēsou.  19 o  de  petros  kai  iōannēs  apokrithentes  eipon  pros  autous·  ei  dikaion  estin  enōpion  tou  theou  umōn  akouein  mallon  ē  tou  theou,  krinate·  20 ou  dunametha  gar  ēmeis  a  eidamen  kai  ēkousamen  mē  lalein.  21 oi  de  prosapeilēsamenoi  apelusan  autous,  mēden  euriskontes  to  pōs  kolasōntai  autous,  dia  ton  laon,  oti  pantes  edoxazon  ton  theon  epi  tō  gegonoti·  22 etōn  gar  ēn  pleionōn  tesserakonta  o  anthrōpos  eph  on  gegonei  to  sēmeion  touto  tēs  iaseōs. 
whereupon the church flees to prayer.

         kata  tou  kuriou  kai  kata  tou  christou  autou. 
27 sunēchthēsan  gar  ep  alētheias  en  tē  polei  tautē  epi  ton  agion  paida  sou  iēsoun  on  echrisas,  ērōdēs  te  kai  pontios  pilatos  sun  ethnesin  kai  laois  israēl,  28 poiēsai  osa  ē  cheir  sou  kai  ē  boulē  proōrisen  genesthai.  29 kai  ta  nun,  kurie,  epide  epi  tas  apeilas  autōn  kai  dos  tois  doulois  sou  meta  parrēsias  pasēs  lalein  ton  logon  sou,  30 en  tō  tēn  cheira  ekteinein  se  eis  iasin  kai  sēmeia  kai  terata  ginesthai  dia  tou  onomatos  tou  agiou  paidos  sou  iēsou. 
And God, by moving the place where they were assembled, testifies that he heard their prayer;
   32 tou  de  plēthous  tōn  pisteusantōn  ēn  kardia  kai  psuchē  mia,  kai  oude  eis  ti  tōn  uparchontōn  autō  elegen  idion  einai  all  ēn  autois  panta  koina.  33 kai  dunamei  megalē  apedidoun  to  marturion  oi  apostoloi  tou  kuriou  iēsou  tēs  anastaseōs,  charis  te  megalē  ēn  epi  pantas  autous. 
confirming the church with the gift of the Holy Spirit, and with mutual love and charity.
