He that turneth away his ears from hearing the law, his prayer shall be an abomination.

Now we know that God doth not hear sinners: but if a man be a server of God and doth his, will, him he heareth.

The slothful hand hath wrought poverty: but the hand of the industrious getteth riches. He that trusteth to lies feedeth the winds: and the same runneth after birds, that fly away.

The sacrifices of the wicked are abominable, because they are offered of wickedness.
Behold, you are of nothing, and your work of that which hath no being: he that hath chosen you is an abomination.
