This form of worship is rooted in the believer's relationship with God and is expressed through various acts of devotion, prayer, and obedience.

Biblical Foundation:
The concept of spiritual worship is grounded in Scripture, where it is emphasized that true worship must be conducted in spirit and truth. In John 4:23-24, Jesus articulates this principle during His conversation with the Samaritan woman at the well: "But a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him. God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth" . This passage highlights the necessity of worship that is genuine and aligned with God's nature.

Role of the Holy Spirit:

In Matthew 15:8-9, Jesus criticizes those who honor God with their lips while their hearts are far from Him: "These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me.
