Restoration

Restoration in the biblical context refers to the act of God bringing back, renewing, or returning something to its original state or intended purpose. It is a recurring theme throughout Scripture, illustrating God's redemptive work in the lives of individuals and nations.

The promise of restoration is evident in the covenant with Abraham, where God promises to make him a great nation (Genesis 12:2-3). For instance, Jeremiah 30:17 states, "But I will restore your health and heal your wounds, declares the LORD, because they have called you an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares."
