Immortality of God

The concept of God's immortality is a fundamental attribute that underscores His eternal nature and existence. Unlike created beings, God is not subject to death or decay. His immortality is intrinsic, meaning it is an essential aspect of His divine nature. Scripture affirms this attribute in several passages, emphasizing that God is the "Alpha and Omega," the beginning and the end, who exists beyond the confines of time and mortality.

In 1 Timothy 6:16, the apostle Paul writes, "He alone is immortal and dwells in unapproachable light. No one has ever seen Him, nor can anyone see Him. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen." Psalm 90:2 declares, "Before the mountains were born or You brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting You are God." Invisibility of God

John 1:18 states, "No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is at the Father’s side, has made Him known."
