Confession of Sin

The need for deliverance is also evident in the Lord's Prayer, where Jesus teaches His disciples to pray, "And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13). This petition acknowledges the believer's dependence on God for protection and deliverance from the snares of the enemy.
