23 and not only so, but we ourselves, having the earnest of the Spirit, and we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption of sons, the redemption of our body. 24 For we are saved by hope: but hope which is seen is not hope: for why does any one indeed hope for that which he sees? 25 But if we hope for that which we do not see, we wait for it with patience. 26 And likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmity. For we know not what we should pray for as it behooves us: but the Spirit himself makes intercession with unutterable groanings: 27 but he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession towards God in behalf of the saints. 28 But we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose. 29 Because whom he did foreknow, he did also predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brethren: 30 and whom He did foreknow, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them He also glorified. 31 Then what shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 Indeed he who spared not his own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not with him, freely give us all things? 33 Who will lay anything to the charge of God's elect? 34 It is God who justifies: who is he that condemns? It is Christ who died, and rather who is risen, who is on the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding in our behalf. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As has been written, that We are killed all day for thy sake; we are counted as sheep of the slaughter. 37 But in all these we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that, neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
