1 YHWH reigns, let the earth rejoice, let the many shores be glad! 2 Cloud and darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. 3 A fire goes out before His face, and burns up His adversaries round about. 4 His lightnings give light to the world; the earth sees, and trembles. 5 The mountains are melted like wax from before the face of YHWH, from before the face of the Lord of all the earth.
