Selah 9 Only a vapor are the sons of a man, a lie the sons of a man—in the scales they go up as a vapor together. 10 You should⁺ not trust in oppression, and do not be vain in robbery; on wealth when it increases you⁺ should not set the heart. 11 Once God has spoken; twice I have heard this, that strength is unto God, 12 and unto You, O Lord, is loving devotion. For You do recompense to each man according to his work. Psalms 62:7-12, Berean Literal Bible. Public domain.
