1 A song. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Great is YHWH, and greatly to be praised, in the city of our God, the mountain of His holiness. 2 Beautiful in elevation, the joy of all the earth, like the peaks of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the great King. 3 God is in her citadels, known as a secure height. 4 For behold, the kings assembled; they passed over together. 5 They saw, so they were astonished; they were in dismay, and they hurried away. 6 Trembling took hold of them there, and writhing like a woman in labor. 7 With a wind of the east you broke apart the ships of Tarshish.
