1 A Psalm of David. Ascribe to YHWH, O sons of the mighty ones. Ascribe to YHWH glory and strength. 2 Ascribe to YHWH the glory of His name; bow down before YHWH in the splendor of holiness. 3 The voice of YHWH is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders—YHWH is over many waters. 4 The voice of YHWH is with power, the voice of YHWH is with majesty. 5 The voice of YHWH breaks the cedars, and YHWH shatters the cedars of Lebanon.
