18 And the LORD {YHWH} replied to Moses (drawn out), “Take Joshua (YHWH saves) son of Nun (fish / posterity), a man with the Spirit {Ruach} in him, and lay your hands on him. 19 Have him stand before Eleazar (God has helped) the priest and the whole congregation, and commission him in their sight. 20 Confer on him some of your authority, so that the whole congregation of Israel (he wrestles with God) will obey him. 21 He shall stand before Eleazar (God has helped) the priest, who will seek counsel for him before the LORD {YHWH} by the judgment of the Urim \the Lights/. At his command, he and all the Israelites (God prevails) with him—the entire congregation—will go out and come in.” 22 Moses (drawn out) did as the LORD {YHWH} had commanded him. He took Joshua (YHWH saves), had him stand before Eleazar (God has helped) the priest and the whole congregation, 23 and laid his hands on him and commissioned him, as the LORD {YHWH} had instructed through Moses (drawn out).
