13 And Pilate, having called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people,

14 said to them, “You? brought to me this man as one misleading the people; and behold, having examined Him before you?, I found nothing in this man guilty of that accusation you? are bringing against Him—

15 no, nor even Herod, for he sent Him back to us. And behold, nothing worthy of death is done by Him.

16 Therefore, having chastised Him, I will release Him.”
