And He said to His disciples, “It is impossible for the stumbling blocks not to come, but woe to him through whom they come!

It is better for him if a millstone is put around his neck and he is thrown into the sea than that he might cause to stumble one of these little ones.

Take heed to yourselves: If your brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he should repent, forgive him.

And if he should sin against you seven times in the day, and seven times he should return to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you will forgive him.”

And the apostles said to the Lord, “Add to our faith!”

And the Lord said, “If you? have faith as a grain of mustard, you? would have said to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would have obeyed you?.

And which of you? having a servant plowing or shepherding, the one having come in out of the field, will say to him, ‘Having come, immediately recline’?

But will he not say to him, ‘Prepare what I may eat, and having girded yourself about, serve me while I eat and drink; and after these things you will eat and drink’?
