47 Woe to you?, because you? build the tombs of the prophets, but your? fathers killed them. 48 So you? are witnesses and consent to the works of your? fathers, because they indeed killed them, and you? build the tombs. 49 Because of this also the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send to them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill and persecute,’ 50 so that the blood of all the prophets poured out from the foundation of the world might be required from this generation, 51 from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, the one having perished between the altar and the house. Yes, I say to you?, it will be required from this generation. 52 Woe to you?, the lawyers, because you? took away the key of knowledge.
