17 And whoever kills any man, he must surely be put to death. 18 And he who kills an animal shall make it good—the life of animal for animal. 19 And if a man causes disfigurement of his neighbor, as he has done, so shall it be done to him: 20 Fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. As he has caused disfigurement in the man, so shall it be done to him. 21 And whoever kills an animal shall restore it; and whoever kills a man, he shall be put to death. 22 You? shall have one law. As the sojourner it shall be as the native, for I am YHWH your? God.’” 23 And Moses spoke to the sons of Israel, and they took him who had cursed to the outside of the camp, and they stoned him with stones. And the sons of Israel did as YHWH had commanded Moses.
