Joshua 1:13-15 ▼

13 “Remember the word that Moses the servant of YHWH commanded you⁺, saying, ‘YHWH your⁺ God is giving rest to you⁺, and He will give to you⁺ this land.’

14 Your⁺ wives, your⁺ little ones, and your⁺ livestock shall remain in the land that Moses gave to you⁺ on this side of the Jordan. And you⁺ shall pass over armed for battle before the face of your⁺ brothers, all the mighty ones of valor; and you⁺ shall help them,

15 until YHWH has given rest to your⁺ brothers as to you⁺, and they have taken possession, even they, of the land that YHWH your⁺ God is giving to them. And you⁺ shall return to the land of your⁺ possession and take possession of that which Moses, the servant of YHWH, gave to you⁺ on this side of the Jordan toward the rising of the sun.”
