The Jews answered and said to Him, “Do we not rightly say that You are a Samaritan and You have a demon?”

Jesus answered, “I do not have a demon, but I honor My Father, and you? dishonor Me.

And I do not seek My glory; there is One seeking it and judging.

Truly, truly, I say to you?, if anyone shall keep My word, he shall never see death, to the age.”

Therefore the Jews said to Him, “Now we have known that You have a demon! Abraham died, and the prophets, and You say, ‘If anyone shall keep My word, he shall never taste of death, to the age.’

Are You greater than our father Abraham, who died? And the prophets died! Whom do You make Yourself?”

Jesus answered, “If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; My Father is the One glorifying Me, of whom you? say, ‘He is our God.’

And you? have not known Him, but I know Him. And if I say that I do not know Him, I will be a liar like you?. But I know Him, and I keep His word.

Abraham your? father exulted that he should see My day, and he saw and rejoiced.”

Therefore the Jews said to Him, “Not yet do You have fifty years, and You have seen Abraham?”

Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you?, before Abraham came into being, I am!”

Therefore they took up stones so that they might cast them at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went forth out of the temple.
