16 and said to those who sold doves: Take these things hence; make not my Father's house a house of merchandise.

17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, Zeal for thy house has eaten me up.

18 Then answered the Jews and said to him: What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?

19 Jesus answered and said to them: Destroy this temple, and I will raise it up in three days.

20 Then the Jews said to him: Forty and six years was this temple in building, and will you rebuild it in three days?

21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.

22 "When, therefore, he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this. And they believed the scripture, and the word that Jesus had spoken.

23 And while he was in Jerusalem, during the feast of passover, many believed on his name, because they saw the signs that he did.

24 But Jesus did not trust himself to them, because he knew all men,

25 and had no need that any one should testify of man, for he himself knew what was in man.
