53 So from that day on they plotted to kill Him. 54 As a result, Jesus (YHWH saves) no longer went about publicly among the Jews (people of praise), but He withdrew to a town called Ephraim (fruitful) in an area near the wilderness. And He stayed there with the disciples (pupils). 55 Now the Jewish Passover was near, and many people went up from the country to Jerusalem (city of peace) to purify themselves before the Passover. 56 They kept looking for Jesus (YHWH saves) and asking one another as they stood in the temple courts \the temple/, “What do you⁺ think?
