24 By faith Moses, when he came to manhood, refused to be called the son of Pha’raoh’s daughter. 25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a short while. 26 And he reasoned that the reproach of Christ was greater riches than the treasures of Egypt: for he looked forward to be paid the reward. 27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; and he survived after he had seen God, who is invisible.
